Press Inspections
Both the OSHA§1910.217 Mechanical Power Press regulation and the ANSI B11.1-2009 Safety Requirement for Power Presses standards, require a program of periodic and regular inspections. The OSHA§1910.217 regulation also requires that inspection certification records be maintained and injuries be reported within 30 days.
